MCS Gets Failing Grade on State Report Card

A state report card issued Tuesday reported Memphis City School students earned two D’s and one F. The same report card shows Shelby County School district earned A’s in academic achievement. In its “Value Added” score, which measures how much a student has improved, the district earned C’s and B’s.
